Project on the Renovation of Material Cultural Heritage
2019.02----2019.06
From February to June 2019, during my master's program, I participated in the Material Cultural Heritage Transformation Project with Monash University and the Australian National Trust PollyWoodside. As a member of the design team, I conducted in-depth analysis of the cultural heritage and, under the guidance of supervisors and relevant staff, designed "The Art of Sailor-Tattoo Exhibition" project. During the initial research phase, I delved deeply into the historical background of the heritage, related maritime and sailor tattoo culture, and took multiple proactive efforts to communicate with staff to understand the operation of the institution. During the design process, I coordinated tasks and progress among team members, designed exhibition posters and handbooks, and produced exhibition models, while consistently reporting progress and updates to the supervisors and staff. Through the collective efforts of the team, the exhibition and activity plan designed were highly appreciated and acknowledged by the supervisors and staff during our final presentation.

RealEstate Rental Software Redesign Project
2019.02----2019.06
I participated in the MADA's software redesign project. The realestate app is one of the mainstream housing trading software in Australia. In the project, we repositioned the target user group and applied AR and VR technologies to software design, completing the design user research, software interface design, and Unity-developed interactive prototype under the guidance of the supervisor. In the earlier stages, we repositioned the target user group and conducted in-depth user research to excavate user needs and motivations, designing an interactive process centered around the user. During the interactive prototype design stage, we learned and proficiently applied AR/VR technology, applied it to the remote house viewing and property overview functions for users, and used Unity and Axure to develop multifunctional interactive prototypes. We completed the software interactive prototype's design and development in one semester of study and research, mastered the relevant software and theoretical knowledge, and achieved excellent results.
