A self-proclaimed continuous improvement enthusiast, I thrive to work out ways to make processes more efficient and innovative demonstrating my commitment to learning. Having an interest in improving user experience by design knowledge and research support, and this complements my knowledge in interaction design & user research, and my desire to work well and have quality interactions with team members, the customer in diverse projects.
